Kettlebell work-outs are excellent for your core and general well-being. My exercise regime has been hampered by a knee injury for 18 months, but then I tried kettlebells with Vita Fitness. My fitness has vastly improved, and the extra core strength has actually eased the pain in my knee by giving me power in the right places. Will’s knowledge of strength training and kettlebell exercises are unsurpassable. I know this because I have discussed some of our training plans with other hardened kettlebellers, and most didn’t even know how to spell Turkish Get-ups, let alone perform them backwards. Will takes training up to 11 and then some, so if you need your core strength training turned up a notch, then he’s your man!
