Getting started

I like to speak to all my clients directly before commencing any training. This can be done either in person or via a phone call, and this gives me a chance to get to know a bit about each potential client, what their goals are and how I can tailor my services to achieve the best results for them. I believe Personal Training should be truly “Personal” and while the relationship between myself and my clients should always focus on achieving goals, it should also be about inspiring them and having fun. Your personal training sessions

Your bespoke fitness training program will be designed to suit you and your interests. I will bring the relevant equipment, knowledge and enthusiasm to enable you to enjoy your session and work out. For those of you who have access to their own equipment I also provide training programs to make sure your goals are kept firmly in sight. My focus is to help you learn, feel like you have achieved something and perhaps most importantly feel good about yourself. These sessions are always tailored around you and your goals, to make sure you get what you want out of our time together.
