I began training with Will in my mid-60s and now over 70, feel stronger and fitter with every year that passes. Under Will’s experienced eye my tuition was tailored exactly to my ability and capacity for exercise. Starting with a low weight, during individual lessons he fitted the session to me, gradually moving me to heavier weights and more repetitions. All within the bounds of my capability while pushing me to achieve a little more each time. As I progressed in weight and increased the range of exercises (there are many ways to use a kettlebell) my level of cardio fitness improved too. The exercises, done correctly, result in a whole-body workout.
Kettlebells has improved my balance, posture, overall strength and flexibility. Will is a great communicator and gives clear and precise instruction. Every session is a little different and I can honestly say I look forward to each one!
