Welcome
My name is Will and I have been a Personal Trainer based in and around Cambridge since 2012. Vita Fitness was born out of a belief that a complete exercise system should be achievable wherever you are and work around what your life is doing and where you want it to go.
Being active has always been part of my life
I have enjoyed many sporting pastimes including Rugby, Rowing, Swimming, Martial Arts and Skiing. Immediately prior to starting Vita Fitness I spent time in Austria, Switzerland and New Zealand working as a Ski Instructor. The technical requirements of this job inspired not only my focus on quality technique and instruction but also how to make sessions with fun and interesting. I strongly believe exercise should allow you to be able to live life better, prolong your physical health as we age and allow you to do the things you enjoy better.
Tools of the Trade
I have experience in using a wide range of equipment, but my main areas of specialisation are Kettlebells, Maces and Indian Clubs. These tools all share important characteristics that make them my equipment of choice:
- Compact and easily transportable.
- Skill and understanding is required to get the most out of them.
- All can be used to lose weight as well as improve Strength, Cardiovascular Fitness and Mobility.
- High return for effort put in.
- Fun to use.
Qualifications
I have been a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer since 2012 and have attended many training courses in that time. Some courses of note that have shaped my development and the way I work are as follows:

- Strength Matters: SMK Level 2 Instructor
- Dan John: The Art of Coaching
