As a Personal Trainer based in the Cambridge area I look to work closely with my clients to develop their fitness in a fun and safe environment. Wherever you are based, I travel to you and use a wide variety of modern training techniques to achieve results.
While personal training in Cambridge, I have found no better tool for fitness that Kettlebells. Kettlebelling works the body in the four major areas that people wish to improve; fat burning, cardio fitness, strength training and flexibility. It also has a great synergy with nearly any sport and will help improve performance in any discipline be that running or rugby.
When it comes to sports specific training I have experience in many different areas from Rugby, Football, Rowing, Martial Arts and Skiing. In particular, as a fully qualified Ski Instructor, I have extensive professional experience in snow sports. My Ski fitness packages have been a great success in achieving results and getting peoples bodies ready for the slopes so they can enjoy their holidays to the max. Whatever your sport I can provide exercise to help you excel.
