Dear Will,

This is just a short letter to thank you for the personal Kettlebell tuition that you have given me over the summer.

I have greatly enjoyed out 1-2-1 sessions and now have the knowledge to continue my Kettlebelling on my own, thanks to your well planned, balanced torture routine! The sessions have invigorated me by hugely helping with my fitness levels as well as with weight loss. As you know, I do a lot of riding and I have discovered new-found strength in my legs, thereby improving my posture, seat and overall riding ability.

I will continue with my fitness regime as you recommended as, now that I have my own Kettlebell, I can work out at home when it suits me. I will no longer have to drive to an expensive gym to achieve the same results and which makes this type of exercise such good value for money. I will therefore have no hesitation in recommending your personal training services to friends.
